Hitoshi Sagetsu was a minister of the Date Clan.
Biography[]
Sagetsu was an adviser to Date Terumune, the father of Date Masamune. When Terumune was killed by the Hatakeyama Clan, Masamune campaigned against the Hatakeyama. Sagetsu became fast friends with Masamune, and was reluctantly allowed to join the battle against the Hatakeyama. However, Sagetsu was killed by a javelin after a duel with an enemy officer.
